Kendell & John are engaged!

 ”Love is . . . growing with each other.”

Isn’t that the truth?  If you aren’t growing together, you most assuredly will be growing apart.  I love that Kendell & John cherish this as much as I do.  I’m LOVING hearing all of my clients’ definitions of love.  This was a great one!

Kendell and John first met at a party back in 2004 at John’s house.  Lucky for John, Kendell is one of those rad girls who really has it all; the looks, the brains and the super fun personality.  Not so lucky for John, Kendell had her eye set on another boy that night.  After the party Kendell and the other guy started hanging out and in the process Kendell was introduced to John a second time.  This time there was no denying that John was a pretty great guy and the two of them hit it off.  They’ve been together ever since, despite the fact that Kendell’s friend called “dibs” on John at that very first party!  Dibs sure doesn’t trump love!

Since these two love the outdoors and traveling together we found a great location that’s beautiful everywhere you turn and also has some trains to represent their love of travel.  These two really look at home no matter where you put them which makes me think that you can count on them having a great time just about anywhere so long as they’re together.

I love the way they look at each other.

Look at those eyes!  All FOUR of them!

I love Kendell’s laid back, effortlessly put-together style.

This makes me excited for their reception!

 

This might be my favorite from the day.  It’s hard to choose though!

I’m super excited to be a part of John & Kendell’s wedding day this fall.  If their personalities tell me anything, it’s going to be a super fun celebration filled with love and good times.  I’m looking forward to it!

I still remember John coming in to cocos to visit while Kendall was working…. Seems like such a long time ago and look at what a beautiful woman you have become. I LOVE the pictures and all our love and best wishs to both of you may your life together grow beyond all you could ever imagine.
