Where does time go? I swear it was just last week I was photographing this little one while she was still in her momma’s belly, and then again as a newborn. Now my littlest friend is ONE and I can’t believe it. All kids hold a special place in my heart but little Miss Kaelynn is extra special. For the past 8 months I’ve spent two days a week taking care of her and I can’t help but to be attached. She’s absolutely hilarious. She calls all animals “doggy” and she’s convinced they all make monkey sounds, “ooh ooh ah ah!” It’s my favorite! She’s a sweet kid with a stubborn side and a smile that makes me chuckle when nobody else is in the room. It’s been fun watching Kaelynn’s firsts this past year and it’s been wonderful to be a part of the family. I love this little one and her wonderful parents too! Happy Birthday to my sweet little monkey!
The birthday girl in her best color, making an entrance. Is she photogenic or what? I love mom & dad’s hands here, they say so much about the two of them

This photo is straight out of the camera. It was too stunning to even think about messing with. I would kill for K’s skin! She’s such a pretty little thing.

Exploring as only one year olds can do.

I LOVE little red-headed kids. It looks like Kaelynn is going to be a little ginger baby! I love the little swirly cowlick on the back of her head.

Natalie (mom) and Kiki having fun.

How cute is this cake? Seriously? Adorable.

Hey, it’s me! I’m never in photos but I couldn’t resist having Branden take our picture.

Another first, cake! It’s very serious business people.

Get a load of those chubby legs! They’re my favorite…even though sometimes I have to carry all 27 pounds of baby around, it’s adorable.

My dearest little Kiki, your first year of life was lots and lots of fun and I look forward to watching you grow into even more of a little lady. I also look forward to meeting your baby brother or sister in October! Yay babies!!!
Let’s take a quick look back to the beginning of Kaelynn’s little life. First birthdays make me all nostalgic, can’t help it!
Newborn Kaelynn. I believe she was about 4 days old here.

4 month old Kiki

Some of my all time favorites. The middle one makes me burst into laughter every time I look at it. Silly.

And 1 year old Kaelynn!
