Vanessa + Eddie…married!

Woo!  I got another chance to shoot with my good friend Amanda at Vanessa & Eddie’s wedding last Saturday.  Every time I see her in action it makes me so excited to have her as my very own wedding photographer!  But back to the point, Vanessa and Eddie had an absolutely beautiful wedding and they are truly beautiful people.  Nothing but blue skies and love in their eyes, it was perfect.  We even got a nice long stretch of time for portraits which allowed us to go to some really fun locations and even stopped for a mellow lunch at Fullerton’s Brownstone Cafe!  It was relaxed and wonderful to sit and get to know this couple a little bit better.  Vanessa and Eddie just exude happiness and it was so fun to be a part of it.

Not to mention the fact that Vanessa is effortlessly GORGEOUS.

LOVE a colorful shoe under a big white dress.  Super hot.

The ceremony was at the Muckenthaler Mansion in Fullerton.  So pretty!

I love these giggles.
Did I mention the word GORGEOUS yet?  Seriously.  Amanda and I are totally convinced she rolls out of bed looking like this.

Sometimes being a second shooter is so darn cool because you get to see another point of view.  In all honesty, I probably would have passed this tree right by, afraid that the faces would be in shadow, but Amanda fell in love with the shadows and we stopped for a moment.  I really love the outcome!

I love the playful looks in this one.

A quick note about wedding day timelines:  When you set aside some quality time for portraits, we have time to be really creative to stop for photos like this next one!  So worth it!

We also got to search out a little nature with our extra time.  I love these.

The bride and groom’s family surprised them by hiring a mariachi band!  These guys were super awesome, I couldn’t get enough!

And of course, all the details.

Just a couple of party pics.  I had tons of fun playing the the DJ’s crazy lights!  They danced the night away, smiling just like this the whole time.  Such sweet people.
