I can’t believe how quickly time is passing me by. It seems like just yesterday I met Brooke for the very first time as a wee little baby and now she’s turning one and running around, exploring life. She even has a new little brother or sister on the way! It’s all so exciting! In honor of Brookey’s very first birthday we planned a fun little photoshoot to celebrate…and what’s a first birthday without balloons and a very first cake?

Every day I drive down the hill where I live, passing some beautiful yellow wildflowers on the side of the road and I’ve been aching to stop by with my camera. I finally had a perfect reason to stop and take some photos and I love them!
